Rise Care are committed to providing exceptional care for children and young people who are faced with challenging circumstances and are unable to live with their parents or families for a number of reasons.
We offer:

• Placements at a modern family home accommodating children and young people primarily from placing authorities in Wales.
• Long term placements for young people presenting challenging behaviours.
• Individual care plans specific to young people placed with us and close links to placing authorities, social workers, multi-agency professionals, and families.
• An environment in which young people are challenged to be the best they can be and never give up on their goals.
• A management team who are easily contactable and are highly focused in supporting positive outcomes for young people in our care.
