Rise Care is committed to providing the highest standards of care and support for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. We strive for excellence in every aspect of our work by providing highly trained and skilled staff to deliver the services we provide. Our aim is to create a nurturing environment to meet the needs of young people who find themselves outside mainstream care and education.

- To offer high standards of residential care, education and therapy for young people within a safe and stable environment.
- To provide young people individual support in line with their needs and wishes, and to give them help and guidance whenever needed.
- To help young people achieve positive outcomes whilst in our care and enhance their overall quality of life.
- To have a child-centred approach in supporting the development of young people by providing them with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to achieve their full potential and wellbeing.
- To enable these individuals, where appropriate, to move on from our care, while providing support for them in the transition period.
- To ensure that we employ staff who act as good role models to young people and who are professional, supportive and dedicated to the young people’s needs.
- To act as a good employer, valuing the vital contributions all staff make and support their growth by providing training and opportunities to help them develop.
- To act as a specialist agency for statutory bodies including Social Services Departments, Education Authorities and Health Authorities from across the UK.
- To ensure our services and policies operate within the legislative framework provided for the protection of children and young people in care.
