Rise Care are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people in our care at all times.
Our responsive and effective safeguarding procedures are delivered from a foundation of many years experience of working with young people. We have adopted a child centred therapeutic approach to care.
We provide a stable, secure and supportive environment, in which the people we care for can develop the skills and confidence necessary to help them fulfil their potential.
At Rise Care every child matters regardless of the behaviours, issues or complications they bring with them. We strive to meet young people’s needs to ensure they have a positive experience of living with us.
Rise Care focus on the following areas for each person placed with us:
Health – All young people in our care attend Doctor, Dentist, and Optician appointments.
Safety – Our residential homes provide a secure and safe environment where staff develop key working relationships with young people focused on improving personal safety and wellbeing.
Enjoyment – All our young people are given opportunities to enjoy a range of confidence building activities and are encouraged to join in with local sports clubs, creative groups and youth organisations.
Inclusivity – We encourage young people to make a positive contribution in developing their own care, health and education plans.
Independence – All our young people are encouraged to undertake further education to prepare them for their future wellbeing, living independently in their communities, saving for their future through their individual bank accounts and developing work experience.
